Reservations

Enable Signup Sheet: Check this box to allow this workstation to be reserved using the RSVP software. This MUST be checked to enable the remaining options below it.

Computer can be used in between reservations: This check box allows the workstation to be used in between reservations. The patron/user will be allowed to use the computer without making a reservation but will be logged off when a reservation is about to start.

Notify user of time remaining when they logout: This will display a message when a patron/user logs out letting them know if they have time from their session remaining. If you are allowing walkup users, these patrons can use the rest of their time as a walkup user.

Clear future reservations for Walkup users: If a patron walks up and logs into a workstation and they have a reservation scheduled for later that day, that reservation will be cleared.

Reservation Grace Period: Where you can set the number of minutes to wait for the user to login. If the user does not log in within this grace period, their reservation will be canceled and the workstation will be free for another patron to use. This counts as a no-show.

Reservation Length: Determines how long a patron will be allowed to use this workstation. This time MUST match the Time Settings that you have already setup.

Reservation Warning Time: Determine when patrons will be warned that their reservation is almost over.

First Reservation Time: Set the time for when the first reservation may be made.
