Edit patron Usage

• Search Type: Select a search method. The most common option is a Barcode search.
• Search Criteria: Enter one or more barcodes. A search is a partial match. For example, if you enter "123", the results will contain all barcodes containing 123.
• Search Results: Any barcodes matching the search criteria will be displayed. Select a result to display information the right side of the screen.
• First Name: If you require a user to enter in First/Last Name at login, the first name will be displayed here.
• Last Name: If you require a user to enter in First/Last Name at login, the last name will be displayed here.
• Login: The time the user logged in.
• Logout: The time the user Logged out.
  Note: If the user has not logged out of their session, the logout time will reflect their original login time. If a user has logged out of their session, then the logout time will reflect the time that they logged out.
• Time Used: The total minutes the user has been logged in today.
• Login Status:True = they are currently logged in
  False = they are not currently logged in.
• Reset Time: Click to reset the user's time for the day back to 0 minutes.
• Reset Status: If a user failed to logout properly (the computer locked up, there was a power surge, etc.), login status will appear as True. You can log them out manually by clicking this button, and the Login Status will change to False.
